DVD Replication

Things that need to be considered for the preperation of your artwork:

 1. How Many discs do you require?
2. Does the job require full colour printing?

These three factors will impact on how the artwork needs to be prepared

12cm CDs (Offset Printing)

Our duplication services use 12cm CD-R's. We recommend an offset printing process for 100 discs or more to ensure maximum quality. The turnaround time for projects using offset printing is 7-10 working days.

12cm CD-Rs (Screen Printing)

For printing on blank 12cm DVD-R's in large quantities of 500 discs or more, we recommend screen printing. Screen printing quality is vibrant and closest to the qualit of offset printing.

12cm CD-Rs (Digital Printing)

Use of bubble jet printing services is advised for duplicating 12cm CD-R's in small quantities of less than 500 or 100 discs. The turnaround time using bubble jet printing is fast and is of a high standard.
