What is a corporate video?

Broadly speaking, it is a video program produced by a business for its own use. Generally, it will be distributed on tape rather than broadcast on television. Today, corporate videos are not limited to video formats. They can be distributed on DVD, CD-ROM, over the internet or other formats.

I want to make a 5 minute program, how much will it cost?

There are many components to consider for a corporate or training video. It will depend on what video format you wish to use, the material you wish to use, the material you want to shoot and where. Also consider what graphics you want in the finished product, and whether you would prefer a professional actor to present the subject.

Atlantis Digital & Video Productions will submit an itemised quotation outlining the various factes of the product, therefore you know exactly what you will receive for your investment.

Do I need a script?

Yes. You will need a script to create a video professionally, but you don't need to write it yourself. If you outline or supply the information you wish to convey in the video, Atlantis will script it for you.

Can I change things as we go?

Yes. Initially you will be presented a shooting script to read and approve. Then as the video is shot and edited you will have the opputunity to make alterations.

How do we prevent from going over budget?

Atlantis is experienced in helping people who have not previously made a video to decide what they can achieve and for what cost. Part of out consultation service is to discuss and develop the program in conjuction with our clients. It's best to eliminate possible surprises before we start. It's in no one's interest to go over budget and we work closely with clients to ensure it doesn't happen.

Who owns the finished program?

A master tape is produced from which duplications can be made. It is your property and as the client you own the copyright for the program.

What are the advantages of using Atlantis?

Atlantis Digital & Video Productions has the latest state of the art cameras, edit suites, dubbing equipment etc. in-house. This gives us an advantage over many other facilites that must outsource aspects of their productions.
